Frequently asked questions about Delta RM's offering
The questions CIOs and Risk Managers ask before launching their GRC project.
Start with the modules you need right now. Most of our clients begin with one or two modules and activate the others as their GRC maturity grows. The platform evolves with you, with no migration or contract renegotiation required.
Three reasons. First, your scope determines the price: number of modules, size of the organization, deployment complexity, and integration options. Second, our offer adjusts to your GRC maturity: a single-module start-up does not cost the same as a multi-entity group deployment. Finally, a list price would not reflect the value perceived by your teams. In one hour with an expert, we can scope your project. No strings attached.
Between 2 and 12 weeks, depending on the scope and complexity. A single-module deployment can be operational in 2 weeks. A multi-module group deployment with data migration typically takes 2 to 3 months.
Yes. Delta RM is natively available in both French and English. Forms and interfaces are deployed in the local language of each subsidiary. Other languages are available upon request.
Your data belongs to you. In the event of termination, Delta RM will return all of your data in a usable format (CSV, Excel, JSON).
No. The Delta RM AI provides advice, but you make the decisions. Every suggestion from the AI agent is a recommendation subject to your validation. No action is triggered automatically without human supervision. This is a deliberate choice: GRC remains a human responsibility. The AI accelerates analysis. You retain control.
No. Your data remains yours. It is never used to train third-party models, nor is it shared outside of your environment. Delta RM AI operates on your data, which is hosted exclusively in France, encrypted, and under your sole control. Nothing you enter into Delta RM ever leaves without your consent.
Every suggestion from the AI agent is timestamped, tracked, and auditable. You know exactly which data produced which recommendation, when it happened, and by which model. This traceability is accessible to your internal and external auditors, with no need for extraction or reprocessing. Delta RM AI is built to pass an audit.
Yes. The Delta RM AI agent is hosted in France on the same servers as your CRM data (ISO 27001, SecNumCloud). No processing is outsourced to non-EU infrastructure. Your data never passes through American AI models or foreign clouds. Sovereignty by architecture, not by promise.
Delta RM AI operates under constant human oversight. Our technical team manages, documents, and updates all models. Every AI use case is business-validated before deployment. If a model produces an inconsistent suggestion, your team can detect and flag it. We improve continuously. You remain in control.
Yes. The Delta RM AI agent can be enabled or disabled at any time, either globally or module by module. If your internal policy or a regulator requires it, you can use Delta RM without any AI layer. All core features (mapping, controls, audit, incidents, insurance, prevention) function independently of the AI. The AI is an optional accelerator, not a structural dependency.
The Delta RM AI agent is available across all 6 modules and activates specific use cases based on context: policy and claims extraction (Insurance), control and evidence quoting (Internal Control), visit report analysis (Prevention), audit finding support (Internal Audit), incident linking (Incident Management), and risk-control-insurance correlation (Risk Management). You only activate the use cases that make sense for your organization.
Yes. Delta RM is on track for compliance with the European AI Act. The AI agent is built around four principles aligned with the Act: constant human oversight (the AI advises, you decide), full traceability of suggestions, transparency of the models used, and third-party auditability. For use cases classified as high-risk by the AI Act (scoring, automated decision-making), Delta RM takes no action without human validation. For standard use cases, you retain control over activation, deactivation, and auditability on a module-by-module basis.
Yes. The model's technical documentation, evaluation datasets, and decision logs are accessible for a third-party audit (statutory auditor, IT auditor, sectoral regulator) upon contractual request. No component is restricted by technical opacity or commercial agreement. This auditability is a design requirement, aligned with the AI governance standards prevalent among our banking and insurance clients.
Delta RM applies the same high standards internally as it requires from its clients: encrypted and redundant backups (Île-de-France, multi-datacenter), quarterly restoration tests, an annually tested business continuity plan, and a 24/7 internal SOC team for security incident detection. Any security incident impacting your data triggers proactive notification, in compliance with GDPR and NIS2 obligations. The technical documentation of our system is shared under a non-disclosure agreement during a supplier audit.
